A 35 Minute Express Class focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, knee calf and ankle stabilization.  We spend so much time sitting that our lower body is neglected and our alignment compensates.  The class will work on the lower body chain and alignment.  Clients will see an improvement in their posture and alignment, while strengthening, lengthening your muscles and lifting your booty.  A challenging class that starts with a brief warmup and will use various props, as well as rotating equipment such as the reformer, tower and stability chair. All levels are welcome for this express core class that will work on balance, mobility and flexibility as well as strengthening and lengthening your lower body muscles.

Glorious Guns

A 35 Minute Express Class focusing on the shoulder girdle, neck arms, biceps, triceps, deltoids, lats, back muscles and upper body.  The class will include extension and flexion of the thoracic spine.  Extension of the thoracic spine and lengthening our pectoral muscles is so essential these days when we spend the majority of our time hunched over mobile phones, tablets and computers. The class will work on the upper body posterior and anterior chains and alignment. Clients will see an improvement in their posture and alignment, while strengthening, lengthening your muscles, toning and defining your triceps and biceps.   A challenging class that starts with a brief warmup and will use various props, as well as rotating equipment such as the reformer, tower and stability chair. All levels are welcome for this express core class that will work on balance, mobility and flexibility as well as strengthening and lengthening your lower body muscles.

True To Your Core Express

A 35 Minute Express Class focusing on the essential Core and Trunk Stabilization.  The class will work on abdominal, pelvis and spine to strengthen your core and improve your posture.  A challenging class that starts with a brief warmup and will use various props, as well as equipment such as the reformer, tower and stability chair.  All levels are welcome for this express core class that will work on balance, mobility and flexibility as well as strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
